haha today's training was fun, thanks to the balloons that dr bought yesterday when we went out :D i didnt slack at all today :D wooots accomplishment hahahaha. before that we had iko too lol! and that stupid dr went back on his words -.- i am suppose to have a handicap of 2 points one.... in the end he refuse to give me, and that resulted in a tie and the he won the tie breaker. tie breaker come and shoot a 10... ai yo ! haha but its ok la.

then after training went to play badminton again :D hahahahaha super fun ! but play until neck pain cause SOMEONE keeps wacking the shuttlecock high into the air and then everytime have to look up -.-
