did baking today cause i was toooo bored at home...... depressing ...... u will know why later.
our cookies . don they just look great from this ...... but............
this is how they look like from the bottom -.- diao . out of sooooooooo many times that i have baked , this is the first time that this happened. maybe its because this is the first time i am using brown sugar to bake . normally i don . but it was a last min thing , so i got the recipe off the net. then went to buy the ingrids.... was actually very happy with the first 5 mins of the baking , as the smell was good:D n they looked good. then after about 10 mins, we started smelling popcorn.... the smell that u get when u pop salted popcorn at home .... we know cause we always pop popcorn at home. so my bro was like , someone is popping popcorn , then i went to smell smell ... then i was like no leh, the smell seems to be coming from the oven. but we dismissed it as , we too long neva use the oven le , so got this type of smell as the cookies looked fine. then when we took the cookies out to check the bottom ..... to our horror , they were charred. like seriously charred..... argh the moment i saw all of them like that i wanted to cry.
anws results are out , totally cannot sleep yesterday night la . n its the first time that i actually crawled up from bed at 5 in the morning cause i cannot sleep to go check my results ..... then check le , donno why still cannot go back to sleep. then when i finally managed to fall asleep , got dragged out of bed by my mum , cause there were people coming to repair our roof , roof leaking la . n since my parents were going to work le , i had to wake up to open the door for them , n watch over them.... ya. so for my gpa , got a screwed up gpa .... sianz but at least i passed everything n i only got one D , for java -.- totally pull my gpa down. n what pulled my java down, the stupid project..... crap.well whats done is done, at least i did quite ok for the rest of my subjects.... just have to work harder next year to make up for the crap gpa that java gave me .
