well trained for the whole day, n when i say whole day , i really mean whole day. from 7.30 in the morn to 6 in the evening ... super tiring la, n that ryan still dare to tell me that all he did the whole day was slack.hmph...

anw training aside, went to the food fair with my mum n dad after training, eh , kinda boring ... just normal kind of food that u expect to find at a food fair ...
